PermaSEAL Cavity Drain Membranes 

PermaSEAL is a complete basement waterproofing system manufactured by Permagard. 

As part of the basement system, we provide a range of high quality cavity drainage membranes. They can be used for walls and floors in below ground structures, providing Type C Drained Protection in accordance with BS 8102:2009 regulations. They can also be used for tunnels and vaults. 

The membranes are constructed from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are available with varying stud heights to meet various drainage capacity requirements. Our membranes are proven to get the job done.

As the manufacturer, Permagard are able to offer our trade customers and contractors huge savings when they buy our membranes by the pallet – each pallet contains 12 rolls of a single membrane, except for our PermaSEAL 20 Floor Membrane that comes in five roll pallets and our external Type C Geodrain Membrane that comes in six roll pallets.
