When will my order be ready to collect?

Your items will be ready to collect within 15 minutes from the time you place your online order. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.

Where do I collect my order?

Our trade counter is attached to Permagard’s distribution warehouse on the Chittening Industrial Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol just off the M5. We are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring along your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
