Double-sided Hydrocarbon Radbar Tape

Radbar Double-Sided Hydrocarbon Tape is highly effective at sealing overlaps of flexible hydrocarbon membrane. It helps create a continuous gas vapour seal between the two sheets of membrane. It is used when membrane joints cannot be avoided. 

Uses of Radbar Double-sided Hydrocarbon Tape

Radbar double-sided hydrocarbon tape is compatible with radon membranes, gas barrier membranes and specifically the Radbar Flexible Hydrocarbon Membrane. It is designed to create a bond between overlapping sections of membrane, producing a hydrocarbon and gas-resistant seal. 

Using Radbar Double-sided Membrane Tape

The DPM double-sided tape is applied to the existing laid out Hydrocarbon Membrane sheet. Make sure the membranes are free from debris, dry, and clean. We recommend an overlap of at least 150mm. Where the subsequent sheet of membrane overlaps it, apply pressure to create the taped seal.
